I totally agree time to fix the real issues in Portland.

PPS asked for $10 million or cut 110 teachers so The
Portland Mayor gave PPS $7,500k for school teachers
because PPS needed the money for attorney fees
after lawsuits & PPS Skyline School lost Kyron Horman & PPS could not raise the money through BONDS.
MCSO does not have any money to FIND KYRON as 70% of MCSO is the Jail & only 16% for Law Enforcement that is $16 million dollars but a missing child case will cost about $10 million dollars.
MCSO is hoping Kyron is found then only evidence
needed for the case after Kyron is found will need to
be processed not all evidence that costs Lots of
money for MCSO. MCSO might have evidence not
processed YET that will lead to finding Kyron.

HOW much money are Mayor's office going to Give PPS to improve schools safety after PPS Skyline School lost Kyron Horman. MCSO does not have any money to FIND KYRON as 70% of MCSO is the Jail & only 16% for Law Enforcement.

Kyron Horman was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with the CSI logo on it and dark cargo pants. He is 3 feet 8 inches tall and 50 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. http://www.mcso.us/public/newsroom/Horman_flier.pdf

Anyone with information regarding Kyron Horman whereabouts is asked to call the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office tip line 503 261-2847, or to dial 911 with emergency information. We are only using certified searchers, and have a sufficient number at this point to staff our search operations.

MCSO demands Kaine Horman to raise money through the Kyron Horman Foundation to Find Kyron Horman as MCSO & MCDA have no money in their 2013 budgets to find Kyron Horman lost by PPS SKYLINE SCHOOL on JUNE 4th 2010. Now MCSO has about $500K less money to find Kyron but PPS got $7.5 million more for area schools. Remember MCSO uses only 16% of MCSO budget for LE and 70% goes to the jails this is why MCSO needs Kaine Horman, parent of the missing child from PPS SKYLINE SCHOOL Kyron Horman, to raise money to find his own son Kyron Horman. MCSO FIND KYRON HORMAN

Comes NOW MCSO FIND KYRON HORMAN

"Sheriff Dan Staton is not happy about the late notification of that and other budget cuts to public safety services, coming as Adams looked for money to help save Portland schools." MCSO needs all the money it can get to Find Kyron Horman after Portland Public Schools lost Kyron Horman from PPS Skyline School on 6/4/10. ARE PPS, MCSO, & MCDA forgetting about Kyron Horman still missing from PPS Skyline School?

How you can help MCSO FIND KYRON HORMAN

Continue to raise awareness about Kyron to everyone: Spread the word - Send emails to friends, family, co-workers, church members, etc. and include this website; post this website and/or flier to your social networking accounts. Keep this story going!

Look for Kyron - Keep your eyes and ears open whenever you're out; watch for children who look like Kyron, and remember that his appearance may have been altered, i.e., no longer wearing glasses or wearing a different type of frame, hair may have been dyed a different color or cut to a different style, etc. If you suspect a child might be Kyron, call him "Kyron" and look for a reaction from the child and the adult(s) he is with.

Report anything strange or suspicious - Report any possible tips to the Tip Line: 503-261-2847, or call 911 if it is a critical/urgent situation. Don't resist reporting a tip, even if you're unsure of its validity. Many missing children are found by strangers reporting something that "just didn't seem right".

Distribute fliers - Download, print, and post fliers in your local area - shops, local businesses, your place of work (if allowed); fliers can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of this website http://www.bringkyronhome.org/how-you-can-help/

Did you notice who are missing from the MCSO interview list on 6/7/10? PPS Skyline School employees are hired attorneys by PPS on 6/7/10 so MCSO cannot talk to all school employees including school teachers that lost Kyron Horman at PPS Skyline School on 6/4/10.

MCSO Gates said on 6/7/10 that 22 state, local and federal agencies have received over 1,200 tips and they are following up on every single one. Deputies are continuing to interview parents, students, staffers and area residents. On Monday 6/7/10, LE were also questioning drivers near PPS Skyline School to find out if they spotted anything suspicious.

MCSO must find Kyron Horman. Anyone with information on Kyron's whereabouts call the Multhnomah County Sheriff's Office tip line at (503) 261-2847 or 911 if you see Kyron Horman.

Matt Shelby, a spokesman for Portland Public Schools, told KOIN that 45 kids were absent from Skyline Elementary School Monday June 7, 2010, over double what is normal. Shelby said, due to the science fair, that a lot of people were in the school building that aren't usually there, which could be a lead and a potential security problem.

Shelby said, Kyron and his stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman, were together early Friday at the school, just a few miles from their house, to look at various science fair projects. The stepmother says that at 8:45AM, she left and saw Kyron walking toward his classroom.

Shelby said, At the end of the school day, when his father and stepmother did not find Kyron Horman getting off the school bus at 3:45PM, they called the school. That's when they found out that Kyron had not been in class all day long. They had not been informed, during the day, that Kyron had not been in class.

MCSO owns the Kyron case and MCSO must find Kyron Horman.

Kelly Ramirez, Kyron's aunt, echoed Gates optimism. "He is out there and we are going to find him and bring him home safe where he belongs," Ramirez said during the press conference.

"Kyron, buddy we're gonna bring you home," Capt. Jason Gates now Chief Deputy of Law Enforcement for Multnomah County Sheriff's Office said in a press conference on 6/7/10.

HI Cherylcf, Cold CASE means all leads including 490 people at PPS Skyline School when Kyron went missing are questioned, plus connections to leads questioned, all witnesses questioned, cell phone records, emails, camera videos, and internet activity followed up on with no leads to Kyron Horman after MCSO processes all evidence including the 70 binders then the Kyron case is officially a cold case. MCSO needs lots of money to spend on processing all this Kyron case material that is massive because of the number of people involved in the Kyron case as Kyron went missing from open public school during a Science fair. MCSO is over their heads not because of lack of training but because of the volume of case data needing to be processed. MCSO talked about processing technology data then MCSO went silent all the Kyron case data will not process without resources. The Kyron case is at a decision point wait for Kyron to return or spend the money to process Kyron case data with the hope of finding Kyron.

I support Sheriff Dan Staton's vision for MCSO for 2013 and beyond but it is up to the Multnomah Board of County Commissioners to ask Sheriff Dan Staton about the Kyron case and WHERE IS KYRON HORMAN

Texas EquuSearch Mounted Search and Recovery should be hired by MCSO & Kaine Horman to help find Kyron Horman.

Texas EquuSearch Mounted Search and Recovery should be hired by Kaine Horman to help find Kyron Horman.

MCSO still has a BIG FOLLOWING NATIONWIDE NEWS CASE, Kyron Horman, second grade child, still missing from PPS Skyline School. MCSO NEEDS to find KYRON using all of MCSO resources and this new MCSO employee lawsuit is a big distraction.

I AM very CONCERNED THAT THE DA IS NOT ADVISING MCSO ON THE KYRON CASE BECAUSE MCSO is not asking MCDA for advice and the Kyron case WAS NOT talked about IN THE 2013 BUDGET by EITHER MCSO & MCDA on the need in Finding KYRON HORMAN in 2013 starting 7/1/12.

IT feels like no one cares with business as normal after watching the Multnomah Board of County Commissioners for anyone asking about Kyron Horman and no one asked about the Kyron case. I refuse to give up hope to find Kyron alive and well.

This MCSO employee grievance lawsuit will be handled in court but MCSO still has a BIG FOLLOWED NATIONWIDE CASE, Kyron Horman, missing, second grade child, from PPS Skyline School. MCSO NEEDS to find KYRON using all of MCSO resources. I AM CONCERNED THAT THE DA IS NOT ADVISING MCSO ON THE KYRON CASE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT IN THE 2013 BUDGET FOR EITHER MCSO & MCDA TO FIND KYRON HORMAN

Sheriff Dan Staton the public wants to help MCSO find Kyron Horman. Please Sheriff Dan Staton trust the public and the media to help find Kyron lets us know how and where we can look for Kyron

With MCDA not working the Kyron case, I am really concerned about MCSO having any resources left to find Kyron Horman.

$4 million dollars for MCSO 2013 Executives or 3% of budget
$20 million dollars to Law Enforcement or 17% of budget
$80 million dollars to Jail Correction or 70% of budget
$12 million dollars to Business Services or 10% of budget
$116 million dollars Total MCSO Budget

I was interested to see most of MCSO budget goes to the jail at 70% of spending with LE only 17% inside of LE has some jail expenses for during arrests. Only 17 % is really being used for the streets but is there an overlap to the LE from the correction side or is the correction side using resources for LE.

Chief Deputy Gates leadership of Law Enforcement talked about doing more with less funding and grants expiring. The Kyron Horman case is a $2 million dollar case so far with Kyron not home yet. I am concerned about the 2013 MCSO budget and with this lawsuit will do to the MCSO focus on finding Kyron Horman missing from PPS Skyline School.

I support Sheriff Dan Staton leadership over Chief Deputy Gates leadership of Enforcement in finding Kyron Horman missing from PPS Skyline School. I understand MCSO had to cut expenses but MCSO needs to team up with MCDA to Find second grader Kyron Horman Now. Kyron Horman should have been safe at school but it is MCSO job to find Kyron Horman. I am very concerned that the money is not being budgeted for the Kyron case and the public wants a status report from MCSO on finding Kyron.

MCSO talked about the methods used to save money including training using laptops and not in classroom classes to keep everyone working for more productivity. MCSO is using only 16% to 19% of the budget for LE and 70% for the Jail correction. MCSO is working on human trafficking & other issues. http://multnomah.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?view_id=3&clip_id=390

MCSO is running the Kyron Horman case since PPS Skyline School lost Kyron. What is the status of the Kyron case near TWO YEARS of Kyron missing from school?
