I feel sorry for this person, because they were just trying to cross the street. On the other hand, I feel no pity for any fool who is too stupid or lazy to walk on a sidewalk. The sidewalks are there for our SAFETY. I don't know why people don't get that. Too many people displaying their "Stupid arrogance". I want to know why the cops don't do anything about it. Apparently they don't care, or maybe they feel that most of the idiots that walk in the road are a lost cause, or not worth their time.

Yesterday, he paid some crackheads with Crack, to mow the lawn on Chemung. Yes, this ain't no bull. He may be getting nervous about his best pal being in the lockup. Get them all, and prosecute them. They are vermin, and are also robbing the taxpayers with all their entitlements/handouts. Like the nice, white subsidized house on Chemung. Go back where ever you came from, Cedric and crew.
