Tissa Hami will present her unique brand of comedy 12:40 p.m. Wednesday at the State University College at Oswego's Waterman Theatre. Hami, one of the few female Muslim stand-up comics, will riff on her life as an Iranian-American woman during the new College Hour weekly series.
