I guess the trickle down theory hasn't quite panned out the way the plan called for. Wasn't the reduction of the progressive tax to 38.5% under Reagan supposed to have strong long term effect on poverty and unemployment? We see what it has done for the 1%. Why do most corporations and wealthy people pay no where near that amount and the quantity of poor has risen so dramatically?

The reason that public schools, even Skaneateles, have to follow rules is to have a generally level playing field. So nobody complains when Skaneateles drops a level due to enrollment, the complaints come from the now obvious.
